Terms & Conditions – The Power of Giving

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of BE Power Equipment, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising partners, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

To qualify for the grand prize draw, participants must:

1. Like the official giveaway post on our social page;
2. Tag one (1) friend in the comments;
3. Like or follow our social media page; and
4. Complete the entry form on this landing page, including full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

Failure to complete all required actions will void the entry. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated.

3. Bonus Contest – Story Submission

To enter for a chance to win one of five (5) $25 Amazon Gift Cards, participants must share a story in the giveaway post comments describing a time when their pressure washer quit at the worst possible moment.

The top five (5) stories will be chosen by BE Power Equipment based on creativity, humour, relatability, and/or engagement, at BE Power Equipment’s sole discretion.

4. Promotion Period

Entries will be accepted from December 1, 2025 at 8:00 AM PST until December 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST.

Entries submitted before the opening date and time or after the closing date and time will not be considered.

5. Prizes

• Grand Prize: One (1) BE Power Equipment B3875PA Pressure Washer.
• Bonus Prizes: Five (5) $25 Amazon Gift Cards.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. BE Power Equipment reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

The grand prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.

The five (5) bonus prize winners will be selected from eligible story submissions based on creativity and engagement, as determined solely by BE Power Equipment.

All winners will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided on the entry form on or around December 14, 2025.

If a winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial contact, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity

By participating in this giveaway, entrants grant BE Power Equipment the right to use their name, social media handle, submitted stories, and/or likeness in any publicity, advertising, or promotional materials related to this giveaway in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Privacy

All personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion, contacting winners, and (where consent is provided) sending marketing communications from BE Power Equipment. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the giveaway or as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

BE Power Equipment and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, misdirected, or undelivered entries; for any technical malfunction, failure, or human error of any kind; or for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless BE Power Equipment, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or in connection with this giveaway.

10. General Conditions

BE Power Equipment reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

BE Power Equipment also reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial/state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
