Shipping Policy

Any orders less than $250.00 will be charged a $50.00 flat rate.

Freight damages on collect shipments are the dealer's responsibility.

COURIER SHIPMENT POLICY

  • All courier packages will be shipped via UPS or FEDEX
  • If prepaid levels are not met, orders will then be shipped via prepaid and charge
  • The total order weight cannot exceed 100 LBS - actual or cubed weight
  • Maximum weight per box cannot exceed 50 LBS (orders may be shipped in multiple boxes)
  • A $25 fee applies on residential deliveries
  • Courier-able items are at the discretion of
  • BE Power Equipment, ie. hose, long wands, batteries, fluids, etc.
  • All equipment is not courier-able due to potential freight damage

 

COURIER SHIPMENT BACK ORDER POLICY

Prepaid courier shipments that have back ordered items will be shipped via prepaid and charge as soon as the items are available.

 

SHIPPING CLAIMS

1. Freight Damage – is defined by product arriving with observable damage to package and/or product.

1.1 Freight damages MUST be reported within 48 hours of receipt

1.2 Damaged packaging must be photographed immediately for records

1.3 If freight company is arranged by dealer, then it is incumbent on them to contact their own freight company and file a claim directly with them

1.4 If freight was arranged by BE Power Equipment Inc., then contact BE Power Equipment Inc. with the following information (regardless of receipt or refusal of shipment)

1.4.1 Purchase order of product

1.4.2 Pictures of damage

1.4.3 List of products effected

1.4.3.1 Model Number of product

1.4.3.2 Serial Number of product

LTL SHIPMENT POLICY

All LTL shipments will be shipped via "Best way" based on geographical location of delivery

If prepaid levels are not met, orders will then be shipped via prepaid and charge

LTL shipments start at any items on a pallet

An additional fee applies on residential deliveries

An additional fee applies to power tailgate use

An additional fee applies on attempted deliveries where it is required to reschedule

An additional fee applies for delivery appointments.

Fees may be billed after initial invoice

 

LTL SHIPMENT BACK ORDER POLICY

LTL shipments that have back ordered items will be shipped via prepaid and charge as soon as the items are available unless original shipment qualified for prepaid (free) shipping.

2. Hidden Damage - is defined by product arriving and the package having no visible signs of damage. Upon opening the packing damage is noted on the product.

2.1 Hidden damage MUST be reported within 48 hours of noticing the damage.

2.2 Hidden damage claims cannot be reported on items received more than 6 months prior.

2.3 When hidden damage is discovered, contact BE Power Equipment Inc. with the following information.

2.3.1 Purchase order of product

2.3.2 Pictures of damage

2.3.3 Model number of product

2.3.4 Serial number of product BE Power Equipment Inc. will advise on course of action to remedy situation.
